Log Max AB and Kaevax OÜ displayed a Cat 316 with a Log Max 5000C at the annual agricultural show in Riga. The visitors showed great interest in the setup, which allows the carrier to work both as a harvester as well as a conventional excavator.
The Log Max 5000C was equipped with Accumulation Kit, which even further extends the effiency when thinning or felling smaller wood. Judging by the interest at the show, Kaevax and Log Max anticipate the Baltic markets to adopt this system. The same setup will be demoed at the Maamess exhibition in Tartu, Estonia, April 19-21.
