Terry Wood, owner of T.H. Wood, has been in the logging business for the past 21 years. As a private contractor in Eastern Canada, Terry has been running Log Max heads since 1998. Currently he is the proud owner and operator of a Log Max 750 and 7000. On January 11th, 2007 we asked him about his experiences with Log Max.
In conversation with Terry, he credits Log Max for its part in his success. With just over 6000 hours on both of his two current Log Max heads, Terry said he has seen “almost no downtime”. In the last six months of 2006, Terry said he lost a combined total of only one working day between both heads.

Terry said he could not be happier with the Log Max product. He has come to trust in the reliability and performance that comes with buying a Log Max harvesting head.
When asked about the differences between his Log Max 750 and updated Log Max 7000, Terry noted some substantial improvements. Terry credits the frame improvements and better guarding (for hoses and cylinders) as the reason for increased utilization. When the Log Max 7000 was released “any improvements that needed to be made were done”.
